Job Description You will manage the continuous improvement program in our Origgio plant: you will drive the program, called “OIS” in our company, supporting management into building a gradual, deep change in traditional manufacturing mindset and behaviours.
In this role you will:
provide manufacturing teams in the plantwith methodologicalsupport on Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing
ensure the development of skills at all levels while carrying out internal trainings
follow-up program costs and achievements
promote and support cross-fertilization of ideas, knowledge, improvements and best practices
You will be assigned to our plant in San Gemini and will work there, shoulder to shoulder with the master glassmakers and the managers in our plant.
Qualifications In this role you will be working in a change management process: through the OIS program we are guiding our company through a period of change - to be successful in this position you should have:
strong analytical skills, with a systematic approach to problem definition and solving -you will help transforming long-term strategies and plans into mid/short term actions
good presentation skills and a positive, can-doattitude towards change management - you will work with teams from all over the plant, from shop floor workers to plant management
high proficiency of both English and Italian, written and spoken
theoretical experienceon improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 6 Sigma, Lean or TPM would be a plus
