Process And Safety Engineer

Summary
The resource, within the H&S Department and will report directly to the H&S Manager.
Responsibilities
The resource, placed in the HSE department will be engaged in carrying out the following activities:
Activities aimed at perfecting the company's qualitative safety process:
Machinery and plant risk assessment
Analysis of plant electrical diagrams
CE markings
Checks on welding activities at WPS / WPQR of welding operators according to ASME IX, UNI EN ISO, AWS and/or special requirements
Verification and implementation of Lock out and Tag-out procedures with related interface with the maintenance department
Support in the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts and analysis of related variances;
Improvement of cost analysis processes
The resource will also be involved in performing the following activities:
Dealing with technical plant safety (Technical Plant Analysis)
Support production departments in the design execution of safety systems with related training and monitoring of the execution of activities
Interface with production personnel with related analysis and development of operating instructions and their implementation
Support the team and continuous improvement department in the analysis of documentation of industrial machinery and equipment, contributing to the development of improvement processes throughout the company's production perimeter
Identification and execution and planning on all safety-related projects
Support and active collaboration Safety and quality audits, integrated safety system
Supporting the team in conducting projects and events aimed at the dissemination of corporate safety
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related and equivalent degree programs
Excellent knowledge of the Office package
Excellent knowledge of technical drawing software (autocad)
Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English (minimum required level B2)
Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions
Aspp and/or Rspp qualification preferred

Salary
RAL: 40k – 50k + Ticket Restaurant + Transport Allowance
