Who we are looking for? A new colleague for the Marketing & Communication team who will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of communication activities for our company. Depending on the characteristics of the candidates, the degree of autonomy and the possibility of including a more experienced figure alongside a more operational junior figure will be evaluated.

Job responsibilities The candidate will be part of Etifor’s Marketing & Communication Unit and will be responsible for the following activities:

Development of offline and online communication plans and campaigns.

Campaign management and content creation (organic and paid) for our social media.

Writing texts – in Italian and English – for websites, graphics, newsletters, etc.

Organising events in collaboration with other team members.

Monitoring and reporting (e.g. social campaigns)

Educational background We do not require a degree in a specific subject area, but degrees in the following areas will be positively valued:

Literature, languages, communication, and marketing.

Forestry and environmental sciences, natural sciences, and biology.

Experience At least 1 year experience in marketing or communication is required. Experience in the environmental sector or abroad will be considered a plus. Depending on the characteristics of the candidates, the degree of autonomy and the possibility of including a more experienced figure alongside a more operational junior figure will be evaluated.

Italian grammar has no secrets for you.

You speak English more than a foreign language (no official certifications are required, but your language level will be tested during the interview. Only candidates with a C1 or higher level will be considered).

You have a solid knowledge of social ADV strategies (e.g. paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn).

You are able to update websites and write SEO-oriented texts.

You have a problem solving approach and are able to maintain positive communication with colleagues and customers.

You are familiar with these tools: WordPress, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Meta Business Manager.

You spent at least 30 minutes, before sending us your application, to understand what we do and write a motivation letter that will move our hearts and brains.

You are passionate about science and/or write out of passion.

Results-based approach

Depending on the type of contract and on the working years in the company, you will be able to take advantage of the Welfare Plan provided by Etifor, which includes among others vouchers for transports, travels, sport, cultural activities, as well as food stamps of a daily value of 8€.

Contract information Start: July – August 2023

Location: the smart-working contract envisages alternating remote and on-site work (our office is in Piazza A. De Gasperi n. 41, Padova, Italy). For this role, the days of on-site presence are approximately 2-3 per week.

Length: 3 years (apprendistato, under 30) or 1 year (over 30), to become permanent

Starting gross salary range: depending on experience and contract type.

Contract type: Full time contract (CCNL Commercio)
