Main missions and objectives
Designing:
Retrieve the various deliverables necessary for the design of layouts,
Carry out on-site surveys of existing installations in the case of carry over and building constraints,
To propose layout hypotheses in order to optimise surface areas, flow management, line edges and interfaces with other sectors of the factory,
Integrate the constraints of workstation ergonomics, social areas, aisle width, container definition and checking fixture forecasts,
Integrate operational and maintenance constraints
Drawing up and updating 2D and 3D layout plans based on the business reference system and the factory master plan
Ensure on the ground coherence between the theoretical and implementation
To guide and propose configurations to optimize the surface area for the studies,
·Study the connections to the various networks,
Ensure the process/environment synthesis.
Communication :
Share the implementation plans with the different actors involved.
Technical support :
Provide job support to the project teams,
Participate in progress meetings and travel to factories.
Technical documentation:
Develop further technical documentation.
Quality:
Search for process/environment optimizations,
Guarantee the application of the technical reference framework, processes and job standards,
Seek measures to improve the quality and deadlines of its scope,
Participate in feedback as part of a continuous improvement process.
Confidentiality:
Ensure and guarantee the confidentiality of the project,
The candidate will be located in the Bordeaux Office for a year before relocating to the Termoli Gigafactory permanently.
Knowledge / Know how
Mastery of AutoCad and computer tools
General mechanics, concept Fluid mechanics
Concept of ergonomy Safety, logistics, ergonomic rating of work stations
Technicals inspections
Experience (domain, number of years)
10 years of experience in the field
Qualifications (diplomas, languages…)
Higher education in a relevant field
Work profficient in English
