JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a competent Assistant support the Director in departmental planning and monitoring progress. You will also be working to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Assistant directors are competent in assuming delegated duties. They are leaders and critical thinkers, ready to solve problems before they become obstacles.
Immediate availability required.

REQUIREMENTS
As a managing director assistant the candidate is going to carry out the following tasks:
Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
Monitor attainment of objectives
Business travel organization for the Director and the executives
Undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.)
Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed
Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives
Fulfill duties as assigned by the director
Assisting the director with planning and implementing strategies.
Assisting the director with projects and initiatives by completing assigned tasks.
Monitoring activities assigned to other staff members, if requested.
If requested, building and maintaining positive relationships with management, staff, the community and with all the stakeholders
Assisting the director to establish and enforce budgets, timelines, and metrics.
Organizing and filing documents, taking notes, and delivering messages to the director.
Presenting department information to shareholders.
Scheduling, organizing, and participating in company and community events.
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
Fluent english / English mother tongue – Fluent Italian – Other languages represent additional value
Proficient in MS Office
Outstanding communication and public speaking skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
A good working knowledge of business regulations, standards, and procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy
Good organizational skills
